Terms
Last updated October 11, 2026.
These terms cover this website and a request to fabriq labs, Inc. to keep the books. The service is Fabriq Bookkeeping. Questions go to hello@fabriqdata.com.
The site
You may read these pages and send a request. You may not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or copy it in order to offer a competing service. Login opens the bookkeeping application in a new tab. That application has its own access rules.
A request is not yet the work
Close my books opens an email. Sending it asks us to write back. It does not start an engagement, create an account, or set a price. There is no published price and no free trial. The service is in beta and is worked one to one. We agree the scope, the fee, and the start in writing before we begin.
What the work is
We keep the books and close the month for a business that already runs on QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books. The books stay in that ledger. Banks, bills, and invoices can sit beside them. Nothing is written back until a person approves it.
The work does not include payroll, sales tax filing, 1099s, or the tax return. Accounts payable here means bills captured, coded, and matched to their payments. It is not a bill-pay product.
Your books
You keep ownership of your books and the documents you give us. You are responsible for the access you grant and for the accuracy of what you send. You confirm you have the right to share it with us.
Stopping
Either of us can decline a request, or end an engagement, as the written agreement says. If there is no written agreement yet, either of us can stop the conversation at any time. These pages can change. The date at the top is the version in force.
