Fabriq Bookkeeping is a service of fabriq labs, Inc. This policy covers this website and the bookkeeping work we do with a customer. Questions go to hello@fabriqdata.com.

What you send us

The Close my books form opens an email on your computer. It is not stored on this website. If you send it, we receive the name, work email, company, whether the request is for a business or a firm, where the books live, how many companies, how far behind the month is, and anything you add about what is messy.

If we work together, we also handle the books, documents, and bank and bill information needed to close the month. The books stay in your ledger. We use that information to do the bookkeeping you asked for, and a person approves before anything is written back.

What this website does not collect

This site does not have an account, a payment form, or analytics. It does not set its own cookies. The type is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those files from Google.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal information. We share it with the systems you already use, when that is how the work gets done: QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero, Plaid, Bill.com, and Salesforce. We also share it if the law requires it, or with a provider who hosts or supports the service under instructions from us.

How long we keep it

We keep a request for as long as we need it to reply and, if we take the work, for as long as the engagement lasts and any record we are required to hold after that. You can email us to ask what we have or to ask us to delete it. We will delete what we are not required to keep.
